Nansha Science and Technology Innovation Center covers an area of about 20,000 square meters with a total construction area of 41,268 square meters and a total investment of RMB 70,000,000 yuan. The main function of the center is to be a business incubation site for newly established science and technology enterprises( providing offices, laboratories, trial production plant buildings etc. ). The first phase of the construction, Building A2, covers an area of 5430 square meters. The second phase of the construction, building A3 and A4, covering an area of 12,121 square meters, was completed in March 2008. Building A1, with the construction area of 16,877 square meters, is under construction. At present, Guangzhou Nansha Industrial Technology Research Institute has already moved into this center.
